11 years ago, a bellydancer from New Orleans was displaced by Hurricane Katrina, moved to the Bible Belt, and in a fit of despair, built a circus in a bar parking lot.
Today, director Natalie Brown is curating the best circus talent in Colorado into The Phantom Circus, a contemporary circus theater company based in Denver. Join Phantom for their debut at the Oriental Theater on Thursday, September 15th as they present a family friendly variety show in three acts, featuring bellydancing, acrobatics, fire, hooping, and aerial wonderment.
Tickets $20, available in advance and at the door from the Oriental Theater. Link is here.
